brianbogs Foster Friday I Meet Joey Joey was found by a Good Samaritan. He was wandering in a neighborhood, searching for someone to help him. Joey had no collar, chip or tags, and when all efforts to locate his family were exhausted, GSROC gave him safe haven. Joey is a happy teenager who would benefit from obedience training. One of a buyers biggest decisions and purchases is buying a home. As a buyer be sure you are interviewing agents to find the one that will work the hardest to help you and answer your questions. If you are a realtor then you need to be able to express your value and what you do to help your buyers. Here are what the likely changes will be with the new settlement. 1. NAR agreed to create a new MLS rule prohibiting offers of compensation on the MLS. This would mean that offers of compensation could not be communicated via an MLS, but they could continue to be an option consumers could pursue off-MLS through negotiation and consultation with real estate professionals. 2. NAR also agreed to create a new rule requiring MLS participants working with buyers to enter into written agreements with their buyers before the buyer tours a home. brianbogs Happy Foster Friday!! This sweet girl is Daffodil, and she has had a hard life before coming to our shelter. Yet she is one of the sweetest pups, just looking for love and affection from everyone she meets. We don’t know the details of her previous life, but she was confiscated for cruelty by another shelter. When visiting the shelter to pull other dogs, we just couldn’t leave her behind! Daffodil does have some medical needs attached to her, as she has some hip problems that went untreated for a long time. We have her on meds now, and are slowing working up her activity level. She deserves a home that will love her for who she is, and show her the respect she has always deserved but didn’t receive.
